General Conditions

The prices of all of the products on the web site www.dalnegro.com and the shopping cart are inclusive of VAT.
Customers with a VAT registration no. may insert this information together with all other information in the user area and the invoice will be sent through the mail following delivery of the merchandise.
Once payment of the order has been completed, the articles chosen may not be substituted.

Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen days) days of receiving the merchandise ordered, in accordance with the Legislative Decree n.21 of 21 February 2014, concerning the implementation of the European Directive 2011/83 on consumer’s rights. Refunds will be made within 14 days of communication of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the purchase. The shipping costs for the return of the merchandise shall be paid by the Consumer. The return shipping costs depend on the dimensions of the merchandise: for an accurate estimate, the Consumer is invited to contact the selected courier. To exercise the Right of Withrawal written communication must be sent via e-mail to   info@dalnegro.com or by registered mail to Teodomiro Dal Negro S.p.A. Piazza G.B. Cavarzerani 9, 31030 – Carbonera (TV) Ufficio B2C.


If the right of withdrawal has been carried out correctly by the Consumer and in conformity with the present sales conditions, the Company will arrange for the refund of the sum paid by the Consumer.
The refund will be applied free of charge after the Company has assessed the integrity and respect of the current general conditions, by and no later than 14 days from the date in which the Company acknowledges the application for the right of withdrawal by the Consumer.
Following assessment of the checking performed and respect of the requested requirements, an e-mail will be sent by the Company to confirm acceptance of the returned goods.
In the case where it is admitted by the present general conditions, the refund of the sum paid by the Consumer will be issued via PayPal: refund will be visible within 48/72 hours.

Non Conformity of Products/Returned Products

In the case of return, Customer Service must be contacted (info@dalnegro.com) to attend confirmation of the assignment of the goods by the courier. Shipping costs are to be paid by the Consumer.
In the case of damaged goods at the moment of consignment, the Consumer must immediately contact the Company’s Customer Service by email to notify the existence and kind of defect to the product, as for example:
1. The items do not comply with the order.
2. Item damaged or with missing parts.
In particular, with reference to decks of cards, where the cellophane packaging has been opened it is not possible to accept the return. If the return of goods incurs excessive costs for the company (in consideration of the value of the goods, and the shipping costs that the company would have to sustain for the return and the entity of the contested defect), the Consumer may request the dissolution of the contract i.e. the refund of the sum paid after return of the goods to the Company.
A non-conformity of slight importance (that does not impede the consumer from using the product for its intended use), which would be too expensive for the Company to make a substitution, does not give the consumer the right to pretend the dissolution of the contract (i.e. the refund of the price paid upon substitution of the merchandise).
In order to be accepted, products such as gaming sets, must be complete with all of their inner parts (cards, dice, poker chips, etc.) before being returned.


Credit card and PayPal
Once order information has been confirmed, by clicking on “SEND ORDER” the login page of PayPal will open where a personal PayPal account can be accessed or credit card can be used to finalize the payment.


The coupon is a code corresponding to a discount of a fixed amount to be inserted at the moment of confirming the order in the checkout phase.
It cannot be accumulated with other coupons and it is valid only once.
In the case where the entire value of the coupon has not been used and the total of the order is of inferior value, it is not possible to give back money or to preserve the remaining value of the coupon.


Shipping will be made through GLS express courier within 1 working day for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 o’clock midday. Delivery by the courier generally occurs within the following 24 hours.
For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, small islands and Venice shipping requires an additional day.
Work days are intended as Monday to Friday.
We invite you to check the holidays when our warehouse does not make shipments.
It is possible to track the order with the tracking code provided by the courier the day after the creation of the shipping, which will be communicated via e-mail.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday and they are in possession of the personal telephone number communicated during the purchasing phase. It is possible that, after the failed attempt of an initial delivery, a notice with a telephone number will be left so that contact can be established for a second delivery or for the goods to be kept on hold at the company offices. The second delivery or goods kept on hold for up to 10 days at the courier’s office do not involve additional costs.


For controversies relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above, the court of residence or legal residence of the Consumer shall exercise exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, when situated in Italian territory.
