How much costs the transport ?

The expenses are calculated on the weight of the parcel and destination: the cost of the courier will appear on the cart when ordering. Cash on delivery payment and bank transfers aren’t allowed.

How long does the delivery take?

BRT courier delivery takes around 24/48 hours depending on the time when order arrives, except the Isles and the areas difficult to reach where 48/72 hours are needed. The next working day after your order, shipments made by a courier will be followed by an email with the tracking number. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays no shipments or deliveries are made.

What could happen if the courier doesn’t find anyone home?

If the delivery cannot be done because nobody is at home, it’s possible that the courier leaves a written notice with all details and a telephone number to fix a further delivery with no extra charges. The second delivery attempt takes place the following day, without additional charges. If the delivery should not be possible, the goods will be temporarily kept in local BRT office. In these cases the customer has to contact the local BRT office as soon as possible to agree on delivery.

Orders with italian VAT number and/or italian fiscal code number: how are they managed?

To receive an invoice, it is necessary to fill in the "VAT number" field. Once the payment confirmation is received, it is not possible to change the online order from private customer to customer with italian VAT number. In this regard, it is requested to verify that, in the notification of the order received by email, the VAT number will also appear in the summary of the billing information. In case of an individual company, the "Fiscal Code" field must be completed too. The subjects for whom electronic invoicing is required, must complete the "Invoice Code" field by entering own unique code or PEC. In case of missing data, orders can not be shipped. Subjects with italian VAT number, who don’t need the electronic invoicing, have to reply to the order notification, indicating the tax motivation: in this case, the digital copy of the invoice will be sent by email, after goods reception. Subjects with fiscal code different from VAT number (Associations, Clubs, etc.) who wish to receive the invoice, must fill the "Fiscal code" field and repeat this code in the "VAT number" field. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.

Which kind of risks by paying with credit card?

Risks are almost zero, the credit card data (number, expiry) don’t transit on the site but they are communicated to the Safe Server (SSL) of the Paypal circuit in a cryptographic way. When data are communicated, down on the browser window a lock will appear: this shows that the site is crypto-protected. The server will check the number of the credit card automatically and in secret.

Control on delivery

Once the carton is delivered it’s necessary to check if the carton is intact, nor damaged or wet, with no sign of alteration; to check that the numbers of cartons is the same of the invoice. In case of serious physical damages the consignee can reject the delivery by an immediate claim. Otherwise the product results correctly delivered. The invoice attached to the carton within a pouch must be kept.

Why must I compulsorily give a telephone number?

It requires the phone number to enable the courier to contact you in case of trouble in finding the specified delivery address. In no case your number will be disclosed or sold to third parties or used by Teodomiro Dal Negro S.r.l.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?
